India-China Relation ship

The relations of India with its neighbors are always a favorite point of  discussion in India as well as in Asia. The relations of India with its neighbors are not so good and increasingly towards bad. Most of the Indian governments are failed to built good relationship with neighbors. There are many reasons behind it and we will discuss them here.

The first and main reason is Indian foreign policy. The foreign policy of India is always defensive except in the case of freedom of Bangladesh. The foreign policy of India is never attacking and its neighbors takes advantage of that. All of the neighbor countries except china are not so strong that they can defeat India in any form either economically or in the war. Even though they saw eye to India time by time.
 We defeated Pakistan several times in the war. we make contracts with them every time they lost.And what happened finally? Even though Pakistan lost against India it get some part of Kasmir from India and India can not do any thing to get back it. Even Pakistan give some part of POK (Pakistan occupied Kashmir) to CHINA as agift which India will never get back. Pakistan supports terrorist to attack on India.Its navy men coming into Indian coastal area and caught Indian peoples. Its army personals coming India illegally and kills Indian army men. But in reply what India or Indian government do? Only give some statements. And after sometime every thing is forgotten.

When India gets freedom Jawaharlal Nehru became Prime minister. At that time Sardar Patel warns Nehru to be careful in relation with Chinese dragon. But Nehru didn’t take it seriously and give slogan of ‘Hindi-Chine bhai bhai” to get some peace awards. But what happened actually? CHINA attacks on INDIA in 1962. India loss the war. But still Indian government didn’t learn from that. Indian government still wants good relations with china while china works on its plan to envelop India. China already get supports from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Shrilanka  and now it wants support from Mal-div. In this all countries china is going to built its military stations. CHINA wants some part from Bhutan so it can take its military at high and take advantage of height. In Nepal, India support to st democracy. But now there is a government of left parties in Nepal which favors CHINA .

Earlier India accept the TIBET as part of CHINA but now INDIA supports the freedom fighters of TIBET. China already made its claim on Indian Land in Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim and in Jammu and Kashmir. Already china had rob some part of India. But India can’t do anything.

The water of rivers like Brahmaputra are diverted by china by bulding big dams in china. Instead Rise this issue in international level Indian government are trying to hide this issue from people by speaking lies.When Chinese Army coming into Indian area. Indian Government trying to resolve this issues by talks. that is good but what happens in talks? Indian government make compromise with china that India will recall its military from Chumar post. After that Chinese military went back. But Indian foreign minister and government hide this fact of compromise and make Indian people fool by telling that talking with china was successful and we resolve this issue without any condition. Here the most important thing is that china had already make incursion in the past at chumar. Actually China wants this area so it can directly reach to Pakistan through Karakorum highway.

Actually China wants its directly connectivity with India ocean. As well as it wants authority of Indian ocean so it can reach to the all world easily. But the only one country who oppose it is India, so China wants India to go back foot. 

In this situation India can also do some steps to push china back foot. These steps are following:

India should make good relations with the countries who faces Chinese incursion  and claims on their lands. these countries are South Korea, JAPAN, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bhutan, Myanmar etc.

India should punish peoples who are Indian but support china, like Naxalists, Maoists. etc. India Should fight with them like Srilanka who fought wit LTTE and defeat them.

If even after that Chinese incursion is continue then stop import from china. If countries like Bangladesh supports chins than push its nose on the issues like water, flood and incursion of peoples from Bangladesh to India till they stop supporting china against India.

પહેલો દુશ્મન પાડોશી.

ભારતના ૨ સૈનિકોની પાકિસ્તાનના સૈનિકોએ કરેલી હત્યા બાદ બંને દેશો વચ્ચે આરોપ-પ્રત્યારોપનો મારો ચલાવવમાં આવી રહ્યો છે. થોડા જ દિવસો અગાઉ ભારતમાં રમાયેલી ક્રિકેટ ટુર્નામેન્ટ બંને દેશો વચ્ચે શાંતિ સ્થાપવા માટે એક મહત્વનું પગલું માનવામાં આવી રહ્યું હતું. પરંતુ પાકિસ્તાન આર્મ્ય દ્વારા કરાયેલા આ હુમલા બાદ તેમાં અડચણો આવી શકે છે. હકીકતમાં પાકિસ્તાન દ્વારા છેલ્લા ઘણા સમયથી સરહદ ઉપર અડપલા કરવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે. ખાસ કરીને તો જ્યારથી ભારતે સરહદ ઉપર નજર રાખવા માટે ચોકીઓનું નિર્માણ શરુ કર્યું ત્યારથી જ પાકિસ્તાની સેનાએ હુમલાઓ વધારી દીધા છે.

જયારે ભારતીય સૈનિકોની કતલના સમાચાર આવ્યા એટલે પાકિસ્તાને આરોપોને ફગાવી દીધા. અને ઉપરથી આરોપ મુક્યો કે ભારતીય સેનાએ પાકિસ્તાની સૈનિકની હત્યા કરી છે. અમેરિકાએ પણ બંને દેશોને શાંતિ રાખવા સલાહ આપી અને ઉપરથી એમ પણ કહ્યું કે હત્યાનો બદલો હત્યાથી નહિ પન્શાંતિ થી ઉકલે. હકીકતમાં અમેરિકાને પાકિસ્તાનની હાલ જરૂર છે એટલે તે પાકિસ્તાનને બચાવવા પૂરતા પ્રયત્નો કરશે. બાકી અમેરિકાએ યુદ્ધનો બદલો યુદ્ધથી જ લીધો છે, પછી ભલે તે અફગાન હોય કે ઈરાક.

પાકિસ્તાન હમેશા ભારતની પીઠ પાછળ હુમલો કરતો આવ્યું છે. એક બાજુ તે ભારત સાથે શાંતિની વાતો કરશે, તેના રાજકારણીઓ ભારતની મુલાકાતો લેશે. કારણ કે પાકિસ્તાનને વેપાર માટે ભારતની જરૂર છે. ત્યાના લોકોને કલાકારોને ભારતની જરૂર છે. પરંતુ બીજી બાજુ તેનું લશ્કર અને આઈ,એસ.આઈ. ભારત સામે હુમલાનું પ્લાનિંગ કરતા હોય છે. ભૂતકાળમાં આવું અનેક વાર બની ચુક્યું છે. પરંતુ હમેશા ભારતીય નેતાઓ અમેરિકા જેવા દેશો ના દબાણમાં કે શાંતિ માટે નામના મેળવવા માટે પાકિસ્તાન સાથે શાંતિ પ્રક્રિયા ચાલુ રાખે છે. અને પરિણામે તેનો ભોગ દેશના નિર્દોષ નાગરિકો અને સૈનિકો બને છે.

મુંબઈ હુમલા વખતે ભારતે પાકિસ્તાન સાથે શાંતિ પ્રક્રિયા અટકાવી દીધી. મનમોહન સિંહે કડક શબ્દોમાં પાકિસ્તાનને ચેતવણી આપી. ભારતના નાગરિકો એવું માનવા લાગ્યાકે આ વખતે ભારત પાકિસ્તાનમાં ચાલતા આંતકવાદી કેમ્પ બંધ કરવા માટે પગલા લેશે. પરંતુ સમયની સાથે બધું ભુલાતું ગયું. પાકિસ્તાને હુમલાના આરોપીઓને સજા આપવા કોઈ પગલા લીધ નહિ.અને ભારત સરકાર પણ અગમ્ય કારણોસર પાણીમાં બેસી ગઈ. આજસુધી પાકિસ્તાને મુંબઈ હુમલા ના આરોપીઓ ને કોઈ સજા નથી કરી કે નથી ભારતને સોપ્યા. છતાં ભારતે ફરવર પાકિસ્તાન જોડે શાંતિ પ્રકિયાની શરૂઆત કરી. ખરેખર તો તેની કોઈ જરૂર જ નહોતી. ઉલટાનું ભારત સરકારે શાંતિ પ્રક્રિયા શરુ કરી ભારતની છાપ નબળા રાષ્ટ્ર તરીકેની કરી. ભારતની નબળી વિદેશનીતિ વૈશ્વિક ફલક પર પાકિસ્તાનને ફાયદો કરાવે છે. મુંબઈ હુમલા પછી પણ ભારત પાકિસ્તાન ઉપર પુરતું દબાણ ના સર્જી શક્યું. સરહદ વિવાદ મામલે અમેરિકા સહિતના મોટાભાગના દેશો પાકિસ્તાનની જ તરફેણ કરે છે.

ભારતના વડાપ્રધાન દરેક હુમલા પછી કહે છે કે ” મેં ઇસ હમલેકી કડી નિંદા કરતા હું.,”. પણ  શું એક વડાપ્રધાન તરીકે આટલું બોલીને ચુપ બેસી રહેવું પુરતું છે? હુમલાની નિંદા કરવાથી પરિસ્થિતિમાં શું ફર્ક પાડવાનો હતો? દરેક હુમલા પછી શાંતિ પ્રકિયા અટકાવી દેવાય છે અને ફરી પછી અમુક સમય બાદ ફરી શરુ કરાય છે. નવાઈની વાત તો એ છે કે દરેક હુમલાનીં શરૂઆત પાકિસ્તાન કરે છે અને સંધિની શરૂઆત ભારત. પણ આપને ક્યાં સુધી આમ કરીશું?

સાપ એકવાર કરડે તો પણ તેને મારી નાખતા હોઈએ છીએ. જયારે આતો હજારો વાર દંશે છે અને આપને દરેક વખતે તેને જવા દઈએ છીએ. તેને શાંતિથી રહેવા ની વ્યવસ્થા કરીએ છીએ. આટ-આટલા વિશ્વાસઘાત પછી પણ આપને તેમને ક્રિકેટ રમવા બોલાવીએ છીએ. ક્રિકેટ જોવા બોલાવીએ છીએ. ભારતીયો ફિલ્મો, સીરીયલોમાં કામ કરવાની મંજુરી આપીએ છીએ. બંને દેશો વચ્ચે ટ્રેન અને બસ વ્યવહાર ચાલુ રાખીએ છીએ. અરે વેપારની પણ છૂટ આપ્યે છીએ…! શું ખરેખર આપણેં આપણાં પગ પર કુહાડી નથી મારતા? જે દેશના નેતા ભારતે અણું પરીક્ષણ કર્યું ત્યારે એવું કહેતા હોય કે ” અમે ભૂખે રહીશું પણ અણું બોંબ બનાવીશું. ” તે દેશ ઉપર શું આપણેં વિશ્વાસ કરવો જોઈએ?

છેલ્લા સમાચાર મુજબ પાકિસ્તાન વધુ એક આર્મી અધિકારીની હત્યાનો આરોપ ભારતીય સૈનિકો ઉપર મુક્યો છે. અને ભારતીય ટ્રકોને પાકિસ્તાનમાં પ્રવેશતી અટકાવી દીધી છે. શી આ યુદ્ધને આમંત્રણ આપવાની કોશિશ નથી? શા માટે આપણેં દ્સરેક વખતે સમાધાન તરફ જઈને પોતાની જાતને હલકી સાબિત કરીએ છીએ? એકવાર આરપારની લડાઈ કરી પાકિસ્તાન નાબીજા ત્રણ ચાર ટુકડા કરી દેવા જોઈએ જેથી તે અંદરો અંદર લડતા રહે. કારણ કે ઈતિહાસ ગવાહ છે કે એક દેશમાંથી છુટા પડેલા દેશો વચ્ચે ક્યારેય સબંધો સારા નથી રહેતા. પછી ભલે તે ભારત-પાકિસ્તાન હોય, ઉતર કોરિયા અને દક્ષીણ કોરિયા હોય કે પછી ઇજરાયેલ હોય.

Secularism in India

What is secularism means? May be it is different for different peoples and even sometimes it is totally opposite of actually what it should be,

In India most of the people use word “Secularism” as per their requirement and take meaning of it as per their requirement. Two main parties BJP and Congress mostly use it for their vote banks. Other local parties also uses it and change the meaning of the word as per their requirement. We taught in schools and even all books say India is secular country. But there is no clear definition of secularism at any place.

Most of the people understood that if person is from BJP is not secular because they believe in Hinduism and the persons from congress side are secular because they are not following Hinduism. For many people and most of the politicians, secularism means ” A person who follow every religion especially a religion which is in minority, is called secular person. ” For congress, secularism means Muslim appeasement. For them a person who not follow Islam or speak something against Islam (irrespective of whether it is true or false) is not a secular. Congress accept this thought to secure their vote Bank.

According to my thought Secularism means not to follow all religion but follow any religion which he/she like and respect other religions. A secular person never stopping or forcing others to believe or follow any religion. To follow or not follow other religions are depends on one’s personal view.

But recently many things are changed. Many issues of religions make headlines. A persons who commented on an individual politicians or insulting Islam  are immediately get punishments. But even though a ministers or other persons insults Hinduism are not punished. You can watch video in below link. A person targeting to Hindu religion and even insulting India. But he is not punished. Even media is silent on that issue. But if anyone from BJP or Hindu community speak like this he will definitely get jailed. Salaman rashdi , who is Muslim him self, write ” setanik versis ”  is not allowed to india because Muslims protests against him. But M.F.Hussein get honor even he many times insulting Hindu gods and goddesses. In M.S. university each year many students insulting Hindu goddesses, but noting happen. why? because they insulted Hindu gods and not Muslims?

I think we should re think on this secularism. We must stop appeasement of any of the community/religion in shadow of secularism. We must stop vote bank politics. The laws must be equal for all community and they must not as per their religion. For Hindu second marriage is crime. Good thing, and it must be. But for Muslim it is not crime ..??? they can marriage four time simultaneously. You not think we should change this?

Finally life lost…! Damini passes away, a nation shocked. But what is the prize for her death? People protests, Politician make statements and give promises, everybody express mourning. People demands death punishment to criminals.

But what actually happened? We are steel at there. We are steel not able to give punishment to culprits. Even there is no steps taken to change in law to strict the punishment. Instead politicians makes irresponsible statements. Still we are not able to protect our mothers/sisters/daughters. Questions come in mind that when we really accepts women as goddess?

I think we should make punishments like in Muslim countries for crime against woman. As per my thinking only punishment of death is not enough. Death must be pain full. what is your thinking..?

किसीकी जिन्दगीकी क्या होगी कीमत?

दिल्ली आजकल एक लड़की पे हुए बलात्कार के मामलेमे खुब चर्चा में है. और क्यों नहीं होगी? ऐसे हेवानियत भरे कुकर्म को सुनकर कौन्चुप रह सकता है?

दिल्हीके मुख्यमंत्री शिला दिक्सित खुद एक औरत है. देश और दिल्ही के शासक पक्ष कोंग्रेस की प्रमुख सोनिया गाँधी एक महिला है जो की दिल्ही में रहती है. लोक्सभामे विरोध पक्ष की प्रमुख सुषमा स्वराज भी औरत. फिर भी दिल्ही बन गई बलात्कारियोकी नगरी.

पिछले केवल एक ही साल में ९६५ (965) बलात्कार के मामले दर्ज हुए है. ये सिर्फ रजिस्टर्ड मामले है, इसके आलावा ऐसे कई मामले होगे जिसमे लडकिया बदनामी या फिर डर, धमकी जैसी कई वजहों से पुलिस फरियाद नहीं दर्ज कराती. पुरे भारतमें शायद इतने बलात्कार कही पे नहीं होते. फिर क्यों दिल्ही जो देशकी राजधानी है वो ही बनी बलातकारीओ की राजधानी?

असल में दिल्ही भारतकी राजधानी होने की वजह से पुरे देशमे से आये पोलितिसियन और अधिकारी यहाँ पे रहते है. उनके पास बहोत ज्यादा बेनामी सम्पति होती है. उनके बच्चे भी यहाँ पले बढे होते है. अपने बापकी बेनामी कमाई को वो उड़ाते रहते है और फिर वो धीरे धीरे बेकाबू बनते जाते है. अगर वो कोई गुनाह करते है तो पर उनको रोकने वाला नहीं हॉट. उपरसे परिवार वाले उन्हें कानून से बचने में मदद करते है. यहकी पुलिसभी राजकीय लोगोकी सेवा और सुरक्षा में लगी रहती है और उसी वजह से जनता की मदद नहीं कर सकती और अगर कोई करना चाहे तो भी उसपे पोलिटिकल दबाव डालकर रोक दिया जाता है.

पर इस सब से जनता बहोत गुस्सेमे थी. और इसबार ये गुस्सा फुटकर बहार निकला. पुरे देशमे इस बलात्कार के विरोध में प्रदर्शन हो रहे है. लोग बलत्करिओको फान्सिकी सजा देने की मांग कर रहे है. पर ऐसा पर्व्धन भारितीय कानून में नहीं है. लोग कानून में बलात्कारियोके लिए फांसीकी सजा मांग रहे है.

पर कोई भी पोलितिसियन कानूनमें बदलाव लेन की बात नहीं कर रहा. कुछ लोगो तो फान्सिकी सजाको मानव अधिकारों के  खिलाफ मानते है. पर उस समय वो लोग ये बात नहीं सोचते की वो जिसके मानव अधिकारोकी बात कर रहे है उस ने ही किसीकी जीने के अधिकार को छिना है. किसीकी जिंदगी छिनी है. क्या जो भोग बनता है उसके मानव अधिकारोंका हनन नहीं होता? असल में तो ये मानव अधिकार दिखने वाले लोग अपनी प्रसिद्धि के लिए ही ये सब करते है. पर हमें जरुरत है उनको साइडलाइन करने की. उनकी बाते सुने बिना सख्त कानून बनाने की. बलात्कार जैसे मामलो में हमें आरब देशो जैसी सजा अपनानी चाहिए. तभी इन हेवानोको कुछ असर होगा.

पर यहाँ भारतमे ऐसा नहीं होगा, ये बात वो हेवान जानते है और इसलिए इतने प्रदर्शन के बावजूद इस देश और दिल्हिमे बलात्कार हो रहे है. स्त्रिओके अधिकारोके मामले में हम बहुत पीछे है.

जिस देशमे सीता की पूजा होती है उसी देश में कई सीताऐ  रोती है. जहा द्रोपदी के सन्मान के लिए महाभारत खेला गया था वहा हर रोज कई औरतो मारा जाता है. दहेज़की वजहसे आजभी कितनी औरतो जलाई जाती है.लाखो लडकिया जन्म से पहले से मरी जाती है. आजभी कई लडकिआ दुनिया के उस सबसे पुराने व्यवसाय में धकेली जाती है जहा पे देह के नाम पे लाखो  जिंदगियो का सौदा होता है. और मेरे मत अनुसार ऐसा सिर्फ दो वजह से होता है:

(१) ये समाज पुरुष प्रधान है जिसमे  लोग अपने निजी स्वार्थ के लिए हेवानो को बचाते है.
(२) खुद औरत इस सब में इर्षा और स्वार्थ की वजह से हेवानो का साथ देती है.
